  1. Competition Events:

            Elite Division:

             A.   International Wushu Division: Male and Female events with No Age Separation.All routines are
                   Self-Compulsory in Changquan, Nanquan, Taijiquan, Broadsword, Spear, Sword, Staff, Nandao,
                   Nangun and Taiji Sword.

             B.   International Junior Wushu Division:Male and Female events with Age groups.  

                   1.   A Group: may compete in Self-Compulsory Routines or compete in the Third International
                         Standardized Routines.

                    2.   B Group: Compete in First International Standardized Routines.

                    3.   C Group:Compete in International Standardized Third Elementary Routines.

            

            First Timer Division:

            C.   First Timer events have no separations in male and female with no age group.


            Challenge Division:

            D.   Wushu:  Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                   or Standardized Routines in Barehanded, Broadsword, Spear, Sword, Staff and Other Weapons.

            E.   Northern Kung Fu: Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                  or Traditional Northern Kung Fu Routines in Barehanded, Broadsword, Spear, Sword, Staff and
                  Other Weapons.

            F.   Southern Kung Fu:Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                  or Traditional Southern Kung Fu Routines in Barehanded, Broadsword, Spear, Sword, Staff and
                  Other Weapons.

            G.   Yang Style Taiji:Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                   or Traditional Yang Style Taiji Routines in Barehanded, Yang Style Taiji Sword and Other Weapons.

            H.   Chen Style Taiji:Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                   or Traditional Chen Style Taiji Routines in Barehanded, Chen Style Taiji Sword and Other Weapons.

            I.   Other Style Taiji: Male and Female events with age groups. May compete in Self-Compulsory Routines
                  or Traditional Wu, Wu and Sun Style Routines in Barehanded, Taiji Sword and Other Weapons.

            
            Team Division:

            J.   Fighting Sets:  No Separation in male and female, or age group. May compete in
                  Barehanded vs. Barehanded, Barehanded vs. Weapon or Weapon vs. Weapon events.

            K.   Team Event:  No Separation in male and female, or age group.  A team is consisted between 4 to 6 persons.

  1. Competition Rules:

                A.   Any country, regional, and local martial arts schools, clubs or individuals can register for this competition.

                B.   Elite Division:  International Wushu events adopt the 2019 International Wushu Federation’s Rules;
                       this International Wushu division only has Male and Female events with NO Age separation.  

                C.   Elite Division:  International Junior Wushu events adopts the 2019 International Wushu Federation’s Rules:
                       1.   A Group competes in 3rdInternational or Self Compulsory Routines,
                       2.   B Group competes in 1stInternational Standardized Routines
                       3.   C Group competes in International Elementary 3rdRoutines

                D.   First Timer Division:  Opens to all style, all skill levels, all age, both male and female competitors in
                       one special division, and the goal is to over come your first time competition anxiety and to feels
                       the excitement of competition.  

                E.   Challenge Division:  All Taiji events can compete with (non vocal) music.

                F.   Team Division:  Team Event is a six (6) people team; All Age and both male and female are allowed in
                       one team.  This event must compete with (non vocal) music.

                G.   All the information on the registration form is true fully and accurately completed by the athlete.

                H.   You are responsible for your own safety.  During competitions, the organizers and co-organizers is
                        not responsible for your injury and/or medical expenses.

                I.   No refund of registration fee on athlete failed to show up to compete in his/her event(s).

                J.   To Change your registration events, a writing statement is required on or before September 30, 2019.
                       After September 30, 2019 NO changing request will be allowed. Each changing request is US $25. 
                       Change is made after a full payment is received.

                K.   All athlete need to bring prove of document or ID on age at the time of the check-in at the morning
                      of the event.

                L.   Be on time.  After you had check in for an event and didn't report to your designed ring on time to
                      compete, we will count you “forfeit” for this event.

                M.   If there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese Rules.  The Chinese Rules will prevail.

    8.   Age Groups for International Wushu Events:  
                No Age separations. All Events are separated only by Male or Female. 

    9.   Age Groups for International Junior Wushu Events:

                A.   C Groupis for 11 years old and younger than 11 Years old, born after January 1, 2009
                B.   B Groupis for 12 to 14 Years Old, born between January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008 
                C.   A Groupis for 15 to 17 Years Old, born between January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2005

    10.   Age Groups for US Challenge Division:

                A.   Group C1 is Toddler 5 years and younger, born on and after January 1, 2015
                B.   Group C2 is Children 6 to 7 years old, born between January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014
                C.   Group C3 is Children 8 to 9 years old, born between January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012
                D.   Group C4 is Children 10 to 11 years old, born between January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010
                E.   Group B1 is Teens 12 to 14 years old, born between January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008
                F.   Group A1 is Young Adult 15 to 17 years old, born between January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2005
                G.   Group A2 is Adult 18 to 29 years old, born between January 1, 1990 to December 31, 2002
                H.   Group A3 is Adult 30 to 39 years old, born between January 1, 1980 to December 31, 1989
                 I.   Group A4 is Adult 40 to 49 years old, born between January 1, 1970 to December 31, 1979
                J.   Group A5 is Adult 50 to 59 years old, born between January 1, 1960 to December 31, 1969
                K.   Group A6 is Adult 60 to 69 years old, born between January 1, 1950 to December 31, 1959
                L.   Group A7 is Adult 70 years and older, born on and before December 31, 1949

  1. Time Requirements:

                A.   Elite Division: International Wushu events and International Junior Wushu events
                       adopts 2019 International Wushu Federation’s appointed time requirements.

                B.   First Timer Division: Allowing all styles, all ages, all skill levels and both male and female competitors
                       to be in one special division. The maximum time is two minutes.  As time expire, the Chief Judge will
                       stop the competitor.  No time deduction. 

                C.   Challenge Divisions: Wushu, Traditional Northern and Southern Style Kung Fu individual events
                       in Barehanded, Short and Long Weapons for 11 years old and youngeris maximum two minutes.  
                       As time expire, the Chief Judge will stop the competitor.  No time deduction. 

                D.   Challenge Divisions: Wushu, Traditional Northern and Southern Style Kung Fu individual events
                       in Barehanded, Short and Long Weapons for 12 years old and older are minimum one minute and
                       ten seconds (1’10”) and maximum two minutes (2).  For every two seconds short or over the time limit
                       will receive 0.1 deductions from the final score.

                E.   Challenge Divisions: All Tai Chi Style events in barehanded or weapons required minimum three
                       minutes (3) and maximum five minutes (5). For every five seconds over and short of the time limit
                       will receive 0.1 deductions from the final score.Chief Judge will give a warning at four (4) minutes.

                F.   Team Division:  Fighting Set All style, all ages and sex in one event.Maximum two minute (2’).  
                       For every two seconds over the time limit will receive 0.1 deductions from the final score.

                G.   Team Division: A team is consisted of six (6) persons.  All Styles, all ages and both male and female
                        are allowed on one team. Music (non vocal) is required. For every missing person on the team
                        0.5 deductions are made on the final score. Maximum time is five (5) minutes.  For every two seconds
                        over the time limit will receive 0.1 deductions from the final score.


    12.   Placement:

                A.   Elite Division:  International Wushu, No Age separation, top five Male and Female athletes shall
                       receive True Grit Elite Medals in each event.

                B.   Elite Division:  International Junior Wushu top five in each Group A, Group B and Group C male
                       and female events shall receive True Grit Elite Medals in each event.

                C.   All First Timer will receipt a First Timer Medal for competing.

                D.   US Challenge Division:  in Wushu, Traditional Northern Kung Fu, Traditional Southern Kung Fu and
                       Taiji are awarded US Challenge Excellence Medals for the top five athletes in each event separated
                        by age and sex.

                E.   Team Division:  US Challenge Excellence Medals are awarded for the top five fighting set teams. 

                F.   Team Division:  US Challenge Excellence Medals are awarded for the top five-group event. 

    13.  Registration and Fees:

                A.   No on site registration.

                B.   Registration begins on August 8, 2019 and ends on September 30, 2019.

                C.   Early registration for individual from August 8, 2019 to Sepetember 8, 2019:

                       1.   First event registration fee is US$90.
                       2.   Each additional event registration fee is US$20.

                D.   Late registration for individual from September 9, 2019 to September 30, 2019:

                       1.   First event registration fee is US$110.
                       2.   Each additional event registration fee is US$30.

                E.   Non-competitor’s ticket purchase at the door is US $25.

                F.   Non-competitor’s ticket purchase online is US $20.
