Designed for those seeking positive life changes, this class offers a warm, nurturing environment where supportive classmates come together to grow. WHAT IS REQUIRED? The practice can be done by anyone, anywhere, anytime. Even 5 minutes a day can make a difference! All that's needed is a a 5'x10' space. COURSE INCLUDES...
